I am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner trained through the Heartwood Institute in Northern California, with training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Cupping, and more. I also integrate my background as a yoga teacher and herbalist when aligned.
