Bring yourself into a greater state of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance with a yoga session created specifically for your needs. Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin styles of yoga may be used depending on the client’s desires. Mousie will utilize her wealth of yogic knowledge and experience to aid in injury recovery, posture correction, strength, stability & flexibility training, life force rejuvenation, and to help you find inner peace and harmony. Light massage will be used to deepen the restorative effects of the poses.

For those that want to go more deeply into soul healing and spiritual evolution. Mousie acts as a channel for healing energies and divine wisdom to come through from your spirit guides, as well as Arcturian, Pleiadian, Sirian, Angelic, and other Ascended Masters. Energy work, light massage, channeled sung sound healing, light language, Akashic reading, and guided meditation may be used to access deeper parts of your consciousness, helping to facilitate healing of past or current life wounds, balance your chakras, and empower you with soul activations.
