Online registration generally closes an hour before the event. If you’ve missed the window, please call our Thompson location to check if there’s still space available.

Classes are paid for at time of registration.

If you’re attending a class that only takes a deposit, the remaining balance is due the day before the class starts.

Yes! Drop by our Thompson St location to sign up and pay for most classes. This is also how you can pay in cash.

We often have space available for groups to attend classes.

Sometimes, circumstances make it so a class can’t happen as scheduled. If the instructor cancels their class, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Life happens, and we understand. If it’s more than an hour before the scheduled class, find your confirmation email and use the Change/Cancel Appointment button.

We cannot refund or reschedule missed appointments after that time.

If it’s less than an hour before the scheduled class, please call our Thompson St location so the instructor knows you won’t be there.

Yes! Some of our classes are available for both in-person and livestream attendance via Zoom. Look for classes marked as “hybrid” if you want to attend from your own space.
